AWT 18650 3.7V 3000mAh 40A Battery — Pack of 2

A matched pair of AWT 18650 cells rated at 3000mAh with a 40A continuous discharge. Buying as a pair matters more than most people realise: dual-battery mods should always run cells of the same brand, model and age, bought and charged together, and this pack does that for you out of the box.

The 40A rating gives plenty of headroom for sub-ohm builds, while 3000mAh keeps runtime respectable. Supplied as bare cells for use in external chargers and regulated devices.

Features

• Supplied as a matched pair — ideal for dual-battery mods
• 3000mAh capacity per cell
• 40A continuous discharge rating
• 3.7V nominal output
• Standard 18650 format fits most removable-battery mods

Battery Safety — Please Read

• Keep the pair together for their whole service life — never mix them with other cells.
• Charge both cells at the same time in a dedicated Li-ion charger.
• Never carry cells loose; always use a plastic battery case.
• Check the wraps before every use and re-wrap or retire damaged cells.
• Keep your coil build within the 40A continuous rating.
• Retire both cells together once one shows signs of wear.

FAQs

Q: Why do dual-battery mods need matched cells?
A: Mismatched cells discharge unevenly, which stresses the weaker cell and can cause it to fail. Matched pairs stay balanced.

Q: Can I use just one of the two in a single-battery mod?
A: You can, but then keep the other as its dedicated partner rather than pairing it with a different cell later.

Q: Do they arrive fully charged?
A: No — they ship at a partial storage charge. Charge both fully before first use.
