Do I need to be 18 to order?

Yes. We only sell to adults aged 18 and over. We may carry out age verification checks and the courier may ask for proof of age on delivery.

Are your products genuine?

Yes. Everything we sell is sourced from established UK distributors. We do not sell copies or grey-market stock.

Are your products UK legal?

Yes. Nicotine e-liquids are sold in 10ml bottles with a maximum strength of 20mg/ml, and tanks hold up to 2ml, in line with the Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016. We do not sell single-use disposable vapes, which have been banned in the UK since 1 June 2025.

How much is delivery?

UK delivery is free on orders over £30. For smaller orders the delivery charge is shown at checkout.

How long will my order take?

Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days and most arrive within 2–4 working days after dispatch. See our Delivery Information.

Do you deliver outside the UK?

No, we currently deliver to UK addresses only.

Is the packaging discreet?

Yes, all orders are sent in plain packaging.

Can I return an item?

Unopened items can be returned within 14 days. For hygiene reasons, e-liquids, pods and coils cannot be returned once opened unless faulty. See our Returns & Refunds Policy.

What is the difference between a prefilled pod kit and a pod kit?

A prefilled pod kit uses sealed, ready-filled pods that you replace when empty. A refillable pod kit uses pods that you fill yourself with e-liquid or nic salts.

What are nic salts?

Nicotine salts are a form of e-liquid that gives a smoother throat hit at higher nicotine strengths (up to 20mg/ml in the UK). They suit pod kits and people switching from smoking.

How do I open a trade account?
