Delivery Information

We deliver to addresses in the United Kingdom only. We do not ship outside the UK.

Delivery charges

• Free UK delivery on orders over £30.
• Orders under £30: the delivery charge is shown at checkout before you pay.

Dispatch and delivery times

• Orders are normally dispatched within 1–2 working days (Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays).
• Most orders arrive within 2–4 working days of dispatch.
• Your order may arrive in more than one parcel. You will not be charged extra for this.
• You will receive a dispatch email with tracking details where available.

Age verification

All of our products are for adults aged 18 and over. We may carry out age verification checks before dispatching an order, and we may cancel and refund any order where age cannot be confirmed. The courier may ask for proof of age on delivery.

Packaging

All orders are sent in plain, discreet packaging.

Problems with your delivery

If your order has not arrived within 7 working days of dispatch, or arrives damaged or incomplete, please email support@vapesdirectwholesale.co.uk with your order number and we will put it right.

Trade orders

Delivery terms for approved trade accounts (including bulk and carton orders) are confirmed when your trade account is approved.
