Terms & Conditions
These terms apply to all orders placed on vapesdirectwholesale.co.uk ("the website"), operated by Vapes Direct Wholesale ("we", "us"). By placing an order you agree to these terms.
1. Age restriction
Our products contain nicotine and are sold only to adults aged 18 and over. By placing an order you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. It is a criminal offence for anyone under 18 to buy, or attempt to buy, nicotine products. We may carry out age verification checks and may cancel any order where age cannot be confirmed. We will not sell to anyone buying on behalf of a person under 18.
2. Our products
All products we sell are intended to comply with the UK Tobacco and Related Products Regulations 2016. Nicotine-containing e-liquids are supplied in bottles of no more than 10ml and with a nicotine strength of no more than 20mg/ml. Product images are for illustration; packaging may vary. This product contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance. Vaping products are not suitable for non-smokers, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or anyone under 18. Keep out of reach of children and pets.
3. Orders and contract
After you place an order you will receive an order confirmation email. This confirms we have received your order; it is not an acceptance. A contract is formed when we dispatch your goods. We may refuse or cancel an order (for example if an item is out of stock, a price is wrong, or age verification fails). If we cancel, you will receive a full refund.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in pounds sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. Payment is taken when you place your order. If a price is clearly shown incorrectly, we will contact you before dispatch.

6. Returns and refunds
Please see our Returns & Refunds Policy. Your statutory rights are not affected.
7. Trade accounts
Trade accounts are available to UK businesses only and are subject to approval. We may ask for proof of business (for example company registration, VAT number or shop address). Trade pricing is for resale by the approved business only, and we may close a trade account that does not meet these terms.
8. Safe use
Always follow the manufacturer's instructions, particularly for batteries and charging. Never leave devices charging unattended, and use only the correct charger. We are not responsible for damage caused by misuse, modification or incorrect charging of products.
9. Our liability
Nothing in these terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law. We are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses where you buy as a consumer.
10. Privacy
We handle your personal data in line with our Privacy Policy.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The terms that apply to your order are those shown on the website when you place it.
12. Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have jurisdiction, although if you live in Scotland or Northern Ireland you may also bring proceedings in your local courts.
