December is the busiest month of the year for UK couriers, so a little planning goes a long way. This guide explains our Christmas 2026 order dates, delivery costs and a few simple tips to make sure your order arrives in time. Vapes and nicotine products are for adults aged 18 and over only.
Our last order date: 22 December
To give your parcel the best chance of arriving before Christmas Day, please place your order by 22 December 2026. Orders placed after this date are still accepted and dispatched as normal, but we cannot promise delivery before 25 December because carriers are under heavy pressure in the final days before Christmas.
If the order is a gift or something you rely on every day, such as refill pods or nic salts, the safest plan is to order in the first two weeks of December.

| Order value | UK delivery |

Five tips for a smooth Christmas order
- Check the device model. Refill pods and coils only fit specific kits, so confirm the exact name before you buy.
- Pick the right nicotine strength. UK nic salts come in 10mg and 20mg. If you are buying for someone else, ask first.
- Stock up on essentials. Many shops close or run short over the holidays, so it is worth having spare pods or e-liquid at home.
- Use a safe delivery address. Choose an address where someone aged 18 or over can receive the parcel.
- Keep your tracking email. It is the quickest way to follow your parcel during the busy period.
Ordering for a shop?
Trade customers should place Christmas stock orders as early as possible, ideally by early December, so shelves stay full through the holidays. Trade orders have a £150 minimum. Find out more on our trade account page.
