Track Your Order

Enter your order number and the email address you used at checkout to see the latest status of your order. Your order number is in your order confirmation email (for example, #33652).

To track your order please enter your Order ID in the box below and press the "Track" button. This was given to you on your receipt and in the confirmation email you should have received.

What your order status means

  • Pending payment / On hold – we are waiting for payment to be confirmed.
  • Processing – payment received; your order is being picked, age-checked and packed.
  • Completed – your order has been dispatched. Tracking details are sent to your email when available.
  • Cancelled / Refunded – the order will not be sent; any payment taken is returned to the original payment method.
