Buying vapes in bulk is the simplest way to lower your cost per unit and keep your best sellers on the shelf. Whether you run a vape shop, a convenience store or a newsagent, this guide explains how bulk packs work, how to compare prices and how to place your first order with us. All products are for sale to adults aged 18 and over only.
Packs, boxes and cartons explained
- Single units – one kit or one pack of pods. Handy for testing a new flavour.
- Pack of 2, 3 or 10 – common for refill pods and 600-puff style kits.
- Box of 5 – the standard trade unit for most prefilled pod kits and refill pods.
- Box of 10 – used for 10ml nic salts and some smaller kits.
The pack size is always shown in the product name, for example “Box of 5” or “Pack of 10”, so you know exactly how many units you are buying.
Work out the cost per unit
To compare offers fairly, divide the box price by the number of units inside. A box of 5 kits at £30 works out at £6 per kit. Do the same for each supplier you are looking at, and always check whether the price includes VAT. Our prices are shown including VAT, and your VAT invoice shows the full breakdown.
What to buy in bulk
- Prefilled pod kits – the fastest-moving category for most shops.
- Replacement and refill pods – repeat purchases from customers who already own the battery.
- 10ml nic salts – small, easy to display and a steady add-on sale.
- Coils – keep the common sizes for the kits you sell.

Mix flavours, not just quantities
Rather than buying a large quantity of one flavour, spread your order across your top sellers. Blue razz, strawberry, cherry and mint lines tend to move quickly in most areas. Our flavour stocking guide has more ideas.
Delivery and minimum order
- Minimum order: £20 (excluding VAT and delivery).
- Delivery: £6.95 tracked UK delivery.
