Zero nicotine vapes, often labelled 0mg, give adult vapers the same flavours and feel as a standard prefilled kit but with no nicotine in the e-liquid. Demand has grown steadily, and many UK shops now keep a dedicated 0mg shelf. This guide covers the main types, what the puff numbers mean and how to stock them. All products, including 0mg, are sold to adults aged 18 and over only.
What is a zero nicotine vape?
A zero nicotine vape is a prefilled pod kit or refill pod filled with nicotine-free e-liquid. It looks and works exactly like the nicotine version: a rechargeable battery, a prefilled pod and a mouthpiece. The only difference is the strength printed on the box: 0mg instead of 10mg or 20mg.
Popular 0mg ranges we stock
- Crystal Pro Twist 15000 Zero Nicotine – a big puff prefilled vape with two flavours in one device, sold in boxes of 5. View the range.
- CP Pro CP10K Zero Nicotine Kit – a rechargeable prefilled kit in a box of 5, popular with shops that already sell the nicotine version. View the kit.
- Hayati Pro Max Plus 6000 Zero Nicotine – available as a starter kit and as refill pods, so customers can keep using the same battery. View the pods.
You can see every nicotine-free option on our big puff vapes and prefilled pod kits pages.
What do 10K and 15000 puffs mean?
Puff counts such as 6000, 10K or 15000 are the manufacturer’s estimate of how many puffs a device gives under test conditions. Real use varies with how long and how often someone draws on it. Treat the number as a way to compare devices within the same range, not as a promise. Higher puff kits usually combine a larger battery with refill pods or a refill container.
Why shops stock 0mg
- Customer choice – some adult customers prefer a nicotine-free option, and they will go elsewhere if you do not have it.
- Same best-selling flavours – most 0mg ranges use the same flavour line-up as the nicotine versions, so you can match what already sells.
- Simple to merchandise – keep 0mg on its own clearly labelled shelf so customers and staff never mix up strengths.
Rules still apply
Zero nicotine does not mean no rules. We sell every vaping product, including 0mg, to adults aged 18 and over only, and we recommend shops apply the same age checks at the till. For a wider overview, see our guide to UK vape rules for shops.

Quick FAQs
Do 0mg vapes taste different?
Flavour is very close to the nicotine version. Some people notice a slightly smoother throat feel because there is no nicotine.
Can I use 0mg pods in a nicotine kit battery?
Yes, as long as the pod is made for that battery. Check our pod compatibility guide.
Are zero nicotine vapes for under-18s?
No. We only sell to adults aged 18 and over.
