Buying a Christmas present for a vaper? This guide covers practical gift ideas for adult vapers in the UK, from small stocking fillers to complete pod kits, with honest tips on choosing the right one. Vapes and nicotine products are for adults aged 18 and over only. It is illegal to buy them for, or give them to, anyone under 18.
Before you buy: three quick questions
A vape gift only works if it suits the person’s current setup. Find out these three things first:
- What device do they use? Refill pods and coils only fit specific kits, so check the exact model name.
- Prefilled or refillable? Some vapers prefer prefilled pods (no refilling), others like filling their own pods with e-liquid.
- Which nicotine strength? UK nic salts come in 10mg and 20mg. Never guess – buying the wrong strength is the most common gift mistake.
Stocking fillers under £10
Small, useful gifts that every vaper gets through quickly:
- 10ml nic salts – from £2.99 each. Pick their usual flavour plus one new one to try. Browse nic salts.
- Refill pods – a pack of prefilled pods for the kit they already own. See prefilled pods.
- Replacement coils – an easy win for anyone with a refillable kit. See vape coils and our guide on which coil fits which kit.
Prefilled pod kits from £5.99
A prefilled pod kit is a good choice if the person likes things simple. It has a rechargeable, reusable battery and a prefilled pod – when the pod runs out, you swap it for a new one and keep the battery. Popular ranges include Crystal Pro, Lost Mary, Elf Bar and Hayati. Browse prefilled pod kits.
Refillable pod kits under £20
For a vaper who wants more flavour choice and lower running costs, a refillable pod kit from Vaporesso, Uwell, OXVA or Voopoo makes a solid present. Pair it with two or three 10ml nic salts so it can be used on Christmas Day. Compare options in our best pod kit for beginners guide and the pod kits range.

FAQs
Can I buy a vape as a gift for someone under 18?
No. It is illegal in the UK to sell vapes or nicotine products to under-18s or to buy them on behalf of anyone under 18.
What if I don’t know which nicotine strength they use?
Ask them, or check the bottle or pod packaging they already use. If in doubt, choose a gift that doesn’t depend on strength, such as coils or a pod kit with their usual e-liquid bought separately.
Can I return a vape gift?
Unopened items can be returned under our returns policy. For hygiene reasons, opened pods and e-liquids cannot be returned.
Vapes and nicotine products are for adults aged 18+ only. This product contains nicotine which is a highly addictive substance.
